A free, open-source investor CRM

Raisebook is a free investor CRM with no paid tier: $0 for every feature, up to 20,000 investors, 50 rounds and 20 members per workspace. It is open source under AGPL-3.0, so you can read the code that holds your investor list or run your own copy, and it never pools, sells or mines that list.

Free, with no caps that matter#

Most free plans for fundraising tools stop early. As their pricing pages read on 2026-10-15: Foundersuite's free plan tracks 75 investors per pipeline, Visible's free plan has 2 pipelines, and Attio's free plan allows 3 seats. Raisebook has one plan, and it is free:

Open source#

Everything is in one repository under AGPL-3.0: the API, the MCP server, the web app and the deploy files. The hosted service at raisebook.org runs that same code, so you get a free hosted app and the right to check it or leave with it. github.com/gumruyanzh/raisebook

The privacy promise#

  1. Your data is yours. A workspace is visible only to its members and to the API keys its owners create.
  2. We never pool, sell, rent or mine it. Raisebook never builds an investor database from your data and never shows one workspace's data to another.
  3. No ads, no trackers. No analytics scripts, pixels or third-party cookies. Fonts are served by Raisebook.
  4. No AI on your data unless you bring it. Raisebook never runs or pays for AI on its own. Investor research runs only when you press a button, on your own OpenRouter key, and sends only the investor's name, firm and links, your company profile and round terms. Agents you connect use your key, and every action they take is on the timeline.
  5. Leave any time. Export everything as CSV and JSON. Delete your workspace or account permanently, effective immediately.
  6. Check our work. Raisebook is open source under AGPL-3.0, including the code that handles your data.

Questions

What is the catch?

There is no investor database and no investor-update emails. Raisebook tracks the raise and nothing else, and it is paid for by its maintainer, not by your data.

Is the hosted version the same as the open-source code?

Yes. raisebook.org runs the code in the public repository. The AGPL-3.0 licence requires anyone who runs a modified copy as a service to publish their changes.

Can I self-host it for my company?

Yes. One Docker Compose file runs Postgres, the API and MCP server, the web app and Caddy for TLS. Self-hosting.

Free forever. Sign in with an email link or Google, import a CSV or start from a sample workspace of fictional investors.
